Want to do some hardcore training? We’ve got that too. Here’s Fred’s story:
Fred came to us 50lbs overweight, almost completely sedentary and unsure of how to get started. His doctor told him he needed to make a lifestyle change for his long term health. He was recommended to us by our favorite Hackensack doctor.
Fast forward a couple of years. Fred trains 5-6 days per week. He’s as lean as most of our trainers. He continues to get stronger, healthier, and have more energy even as he gets older.
Fred made a commitment. A commitment to consistent training and consistent eating. He didn’t half-ass it. He got amazing results.
