Personal Training for Adults 60+ in Franklin Lakes, NJ
Smart, safe training designed to help you live longer, move better, and stay independent.

Training built for the next chapter of your life
Aging doesn't mean slowing down. It means training smarter.
Whether you're 60 and want to stay ahead of decline, 75 and recovering from a fall, or 90 and determined to keep up with your grandkids, we meet you where you are and build training around what matters most to you.
For nearly 15 years, working with older adults has been Cory's specialty. His approach is built on a simple belief: every client deserves to feel safe, respected, and capable in the gym, no matter their starting point.
Conditions we commonly work around
You don't need to be in great shape to start. Our trainers have experience working with a wide range of conditions, including:

Osteoporosis and bone density concerns

Low back pain

Post-knee or hip replacement recovery

Parkinson's disease

Arthritis

Stroke recovery

Balance issues and fall recovery

Mobility and flexibility limitations
If your condition isn't on this list, that doesn't mean we can't help. Bring it up on your intro call and we'll talk through whether we're the right fit.
Real outcomes our senior clients see
- Better balance and reduced fall risk
- Greater confidence in everyday movements
- Improved mobility and flexibility
- Slowing of osteoporosis progression
- Reduced joint discomfort
- Real, measurable strength gains, including the ability to get up off the floor without help
- Faster recovery after injuries, falls, or medical events
This isn't about looking like a fitness model. It's about living a longer, more independent life with less pain and more energy.

Safety first, always
Working with older adults requires a different level of attention, and it's something we take seriously.
- Trainers stay physically close during exercises involving balance or stability
- Every exercise is modified to your specific ability level, you'll never be asked to do something that doesn't feel right
- We have tables available for warm-ups, so clients who can't easily get up and down off the floor never have to
- We listen to your body even more than we listen to the program if something hurts, we adjust
After 13 years in business, we've had remarkably few injuries. That's not luck. It's a function of paying attention.
Built for adults like you
Most gyms aren't built for older adults. Big-box gyms can be intimidating, classes move too fast, and most trainers don't have real experience working with the 60+ population.
We've built our business differently:
- Cory has nearly 15 years of experience working with older adults. It's been his specialty since day one
- Our entire training team is trained in the same approach: meet clients where they are, build genuine relationships, and create programs that respect their bodies
- Our private studio means no crowds, no judgment, no waiting for equipment
- Every program is fully customized to your goals, your conditions, and your pace

Larry, 80 — and 45 pounds down
When his surgeon told him to lose 20 pounds, Larry decided to lose more.
Two years ago, Larry was told by his thoracic surgeon that he couldn't have the surgery he needed until he lost 20 pounds. "Come back when you're ready," the surgeon told him.
Larry was ready.
He started training with our team three times a week with one focus: lose the weight, qualify for surgery. Since then, he's lost 45 pounds — without drugs, without crash diets, without excessive suffering. Just consistent training, gradually cutting sodium and sugar, building strength, and increasing endurance.Today, Larry walks five or more miles a day. His blood pressure is excellent. His blood work is in the middle of every healthy range. His surgery is scheduled in 10 days. And he intends to lose another 30 pounds. He just turned 80

Common questions
No. We've worked with clients well into their 90s. The truth is that strength training becomes more important as you age, not less, because it directly helps with balance, bone density, and independence. Your starting point doesn't matter as much as your willingness to begin.
Probably yes. Bring it up on your free intro call and we'll talk through what's possible. We've worked with osteoporosis, post-surgery recovery, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, arthritis, and many other conditions.
We take extreme caution to prevent that. We modify every exercise to your ability, we stay close during balance work, and we listen to your body. In 13 years of business, we've had very few injuries.
Most of our senior clients train 2–3 times a week. We'll discuss the right frequency for your goals and energy level during your free intro.
While we don't carry specific senior-fitness certifications, Cory has nearly 15 years of focused experience with this population, and our training approach has been refined over thousands of sessions with senior clients. Experience matters more than letters after a name.
