Cory Cannici
Owner/Personal Trainer
Owner Cory Cannici has been a performance coach and personal trainer since 2010. Opening his business, Evolve Training & The Parisi Speed School in 2013, he became the youngest owner among over 90+ Parisi franchise locations. With a passion for helping others gain control of their health through proper exercise and nutrition, he takes great pride in the progress of his adult clients and young athletes who train at our facility.

Heather Nelan
Personal Trainer
Heather has been a trainer since November, 2015, following a 4 year stint as a physical therapy aide and director of a physical therapy step down program, which brought patients to the next level of recovery with personal training. A former gymnast, Heather’s dedication to perfecting the movement of everyone she works with, whether adults or athletes, sets her apart.

Khalil Harrison
Personal Trainer
Khalil has been in the fitness realm since 2008 when training for high school wrestling. After 5 years of competitive wrestling and being under a barbell, Khalil began to coach as a sports performance coach and personal trainer. Khalil also is a certified USA Olympic Weightlifting coach as well as a national level athlete in the 67kg weight class.
As of fall 2019 Khalil is continuing his education at CUNY Lehman College in their Human Performance graduate program.

Mike Koprowski
Personal Trainer
In 2018, Mike transformed his passion into his profession when he became a personal trainer and performance coach. Mike comes from a strong customer service and leadership background. He is results driven and always puts his clients first. Mike has a strong athletic background with a focus on Track and Field and Football. His background as an elite sprinter and athlete allows him to provide our athletes with useful and important knowledge. Mike’s energetic and motivating attitude helps bring out the best in all of our athletes regardless of their age or ability. Mike’s ultimate goal is to help motivate and change the lives of as many people as he can!

Rachel Duffy
Personal Trainer
Two years ago Rachel decided to transition from working in a physical therapy office to becoming a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. Being an athlete all her life playing soccer, running track, and being a competitive cheerleader, health and fitness has always been a passion of hers. She just recently obtained her Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Coaching, combining that with her experience in both strength and rehabilitative training.

Jason Rivers
Personal Trainer
In 2017, Jason began his career at Evolve Training at the front desk. His passion for helping others, the relationships he formed with clients, and the desire to learn from everyone around him led to Jason getting certified and becoming a Trainer at the end of 2018.
Jason grew up training competitively for baseball as a pitcher, which led him to a passion for helping others reach their own goals. He just recently earned his Associates degree in Applied Science and is committed to bettering the clients that he works with.

Nancy Jennings
Personal Trainer
Nancy has been actively working in the health and fitness field for more than 25 years. Along with a Bachelor of Science degree , she is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist.
At this point in her career she especially enjoys working with people age 55 and over, helping them achieve the strength and fitness aspirations they desire so they can enjoy the many benefits of a healthier lifestyle. Nancy has experience working with beginners, as well as people dealing with Parkinson's, Metabolic Disease, osteopenia, osteoporosis and arthritis.
