Cory Cannici

Owner

Owner Cory Cannici has been a performance coach and personal trainer since 2010.  Opening his business, Evolve Training & The Parisi Speed School in 2013, he became the youngest owner among over 90+ Parisi franchise locations. With a passion for helping others gain control of their health through proper exercise and nutrition, he takes great pride in the progress of his adult clients and young athletes who train at our facility.

Rachel Duffy

Manager/Personal Trainer

In 2018, Rachel decided to transition from working in a physical therapy office to becoming a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. Being an athlete all her life playing soccer, running track, and being a competitive cheerleader, health and fitness has always been a passion of hers. She obtained her Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Coaching in 2018, combining that with her experience in both strength and rehabilitative training.

Rachel became the Manager of Evolve in 2022.

Heather Nelan

Staff Development/Personal Trainer

Heather has been a trainer since November, 2015, following a 4 year stint as a physical therapy aide and director of a physical therapy step down program, which brought patients to the next level of recovery with personal training. A former gymnast, Heather’s dedication to perfecting the movement of everyone she works with, whether adults or athletes, sets her apart.

Mike McLoughlin

Personal Trainer

Mike has been learning first hand what is takes to build a strong foundation of strength since an early age. After multiple surgeries of his own, he became intrigued with the proper comeback to the sports he once loved. A way to regain a life of constant pain-free joy.

 

He pursed his curiosity, studying Fitness Development at SUNY Cortland, to gain a true understanding of how to make our bodies work optimally, no matter the circumstances. He now finds himself passionate to share his knowledge with others, so that they too can enhance their daily lives, and get back to living a pain-free, healthy life.

Rocky DiBlasio

Personal Trainer

Rocky graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science where he learned how and why the body responds to exercise the way it does. He spent his internship at Seton Hall University, working in the Strength & Conditioning department. He was able to train multiple sports teams there, but spent the entire summer hands-on with the Division 1 Men’s basketball team.

Matt Ryan​

​

Nutritionist and Personal Trainer

​

Matt is available for nutrition counseling, weight management and personal training. He’s been practicing nutrition counseling since 2001 and personal training since 2005.

​

In addition, Matt has run over 35 half marathons and has completed 13 Marine Corps Marathons since 2010. He is currently gearing up for his fourteenth in the Fall!

​

Philosophy on nutrition: “Eating the right number of calories and the proper amount of protein, carbohydrates and fat can help achieve ones’ fitness goals. Although they are all essential, the key is incorporating them into the daily diet, developing consistency and balancing them with YOUR lifestyle. That’s where the REAL POWER lies.”

Luca Guarini

Personal Trainer

Luca graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science where he learned how and why the body responds to different types of exercise and the outcomes of each training style.

​

From a young age, Luca played competitive soccer which paved the road to him learning and becoming passionate about many training variations.

 

He completed multiple internships during his undergraduate studies that varied from working in the athletic training department, local hospital, and other fitness and rehab settings. During his time working with the Syracuse University Athletic Department, he was able to train and work with the Division 1 Girls’ Lacrosse team.
